VEGAN SUDS

Hey pals! Sorry I’ve been so MIA recently—a lot has been going on in my life and I cannot wait to share everything with you all! As for now, I really wanna just share with you these bomb ass new sustainable vegan products I’ve been using recently. Ethique sent me a TON of soap bars to try out and I was initially really hesitant about their products before trying them because normally I avoid soap bars because I always felt like it was easiest to get suds by using the soap already in the liquid form. This company sells just about any soap product you can think of including deodorant and moisturizer!! So far I have absolutely LOVED everything I have tried from them but I really want to point out a few of my favorites for you guys.

GLOW SOLID DEODORANT –LAVENDER & VANILLA

Okay so when I first saw this was in the package from them I started freaking out because lavender is one of my favorite scents especially for deodorant.. but if you are looking for a great sustainable, vegan, clean, lavender deodorant and have tried TOMS of Maine, I’m sure you were just as disappointed as I was. Ethique’s bar actually works !!! The only downfall is putting it on because the one I have is a bar shaped like a heart, which makes things a bit awkward trying to apply it to my armpit haha but it is so great and it much better than any other deodorant’s I’ve tried with the lavender scent!

ST CLEMENTS – SHAMPOO FOR OILY HAIR

THIS STUFF IS INCREDIBLY UNDERATED!! So when I first received my package I asked some of you guys if you had used a bar of soap to wash your hair and I was surprised to see all the responses! Haha  I was kind of worried how this all was going to go down especially since I only wash my hair twice a week, I really need a good scrub when I finally decide to shampoo my hair! It did a bomb job and I actually ended up with more suds than I normally do when shampooing my hair. I got my hair really soaked and applied the bar directly to my scalp and scrubbed throughout my hair. I had no issues at all when I hopped out of the shower and I really would recommend this bar to ANYONE!!

Staying Sustainable with sustainable soaps

Right now I have my bars organized by what they are used for in mason jars and I have them cut into smaller pieces for each use so that I don’t have to worry about wasting any soap or letting them all melt away on my soap ledge in my shower. Ethique also just sent me another package of soaps right before i wrote this so i'll have to share those with you guys as well!
