“Kayla successfully worked on two brands under the Lou & Grey umbrella: Lou & Grey Freestanding and Lou & Grey x Loft.  Each brand has unique customers and needs, which Kayla easily distinguished and provided relevant product ideas.  The brand has since re-organized and Kayla was chosen to continue working on the Freestanding business, where she could dedicate her energy and focus on driving success within this brand.  She embraced the challenge and worked closely with senior leadership and the cross functional team to bring fresh fashion-forward concepts.
