OKAY NOW WHAT:

  1. OKAY SO FIRST THINGS FIRST, WHEN IT COMES TO VEGGIES...I USUALLY HAVE ALL OF THEM CUT AND READY TO GO FOR MEALS AHEAD OF TIME SO I CAN MAKE THE COOKING PROCESS AS QUICK AND PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE. I USUALLY CUT UP ALL MY VEGGIES WHEN I COME BACK FROM THE GROCERY OR RIGHT BEFORE THE FIRST MEAL I USE THEM ALL IN.

  2. PRE-HEAT YOUR OVEN FOR ABOUT 375 OR WHATEVER YOUR SALMON PACKAGE IS BEGGING YOU TO DO. THEN PUT YOUR SALMON IN WHEN YOUR OVEN IS HOT N READY

  3. WHILE YOU'RE WAITING ON ALL THAT, EITHER CUT UP YOUR VEGGIES OR THROW THE CUT VEGGIES IN A SKILLET WITH A BIT OF OLIVE OIL AND SOME SEASONING. ADD KALE LAST BECAUSE IT COOKS THE QUICKEST!

  4. THROW IN A SERVING SIZE (OR MORE DEPENDING ON HOW MANY YOU'RE COOKING FOR) OF QUINOA IN A POT WITH WATER AND COOK THAT ISH! 

  5. ONCE EVERYTHING IS DONE AND LOOKS --SHMEH SHMEH--GOOD ENOUGH, THROW IT ALL IN A BOWL AND ENJOY!

  6. ADD CHOLULA HOT SAUCE IF YOU'RE FEELIN SPICY---THATS MY FAV!
