OKAY NOW WHAT:

  1. GET THAT OVEN HOT N READY AT ABOUT 350-400 DEGREES

  2. CHOP UP YOUR BRUSSEL SPORUTS, PEELED SWEET POTATO , AND SQUASH

  3. THROW CHOPPED GOODIES ON A PAN WITH ALUMINUM 

  4. DRIZZLE SOME OLIVE OIL AND YOUR FAVORITE SEASONINGS

  5. POP IN OVEN FOR 10-15 MINUTES

  6. CUT UP AVOCADO

  7. CLEAN OFF KALE 

    1. I CHOOSE NOT TOO COOK MY KALE THIS TIME BECAUSE I LIKE IT CRUNCHY SOMETIMES !!!

  8. BOIL WATER FOR QUINOA AND.............FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON THE BAG! PRETTY SIMILAR TO HOW YOU MAKE RICE! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

  9. CUT YOUR TOMATOES 

  10. ONCE EVERYTHING IS COOKED, THROW INTO A BOWL with the rest of your non-cooked veggies!!
