OKAY SO NOW WHAT:

  1. SO I HAVE A PRETTY SHITTY BLENDER- ACTUALLY I DONT USE A BLENDER ITS A NUTRI BULLET LOL WHICH IS FINE FOR SOME THNGS BUT JUST SO YOU HUMANS KNOW, HAVING THE RIGHT ~MACHINERY~ IN THE KITCHEN WILL REALLY HELP THE WAY YOUR FOOD LOOKS AND TASTES! MY NUTRI BULLET DEF WORKS FOR NOW SINCE I'M A BROKE COLLEGE KID !!

  2. WHIP OUT THE BOWL YOU'RE USING TO BLEND IN AND ADD PRETTY MUCH ALL THE INGREDIENTS LISTED TO THE LEFT -LET ME BREAK IT DOWN FOR YA

  3. I TRY TO USE ABOUT A CUP OF FROZEN FRUIT AS WELL AS ABOUT A CUP OF FROZEN BANANAS. SO ADD THAT IN THE BLENDY BOWL OF YOUR CHOICE

  4. NEXT ADD A SPOONFUL OF ALMOND BUTTER

  5. ADD A CUP OF FROZEN SPINACH--GENERALLY I BUY FRESH SPINACH THEN FREEZE SOME OF IT BEFORE IT GETS OLD BECAUSE IF YOU BUY FROZEN SPINACH IT COMES WITH A TON OF WATER THAT I REALLY DON'T NEED. I GENERALLY DO THIS WITH BANANAS AS WELL.

  6. NEXT ADD SOME COCONUT WATER, COCONUT MILK, SOY MILK, OR ALMOND MILK. THIS ALL DEPENDS ON MY PREFERENCE FOR THE DAY. SINCE I'M EATING THIS BOWL WITH SPOON I OPT FOR A CREAMIER OPTION. I TRY TO START WITH ONLY ONE CUP THEN AS MY BLENDER STRUGGLES TO DO THE ONE THING IT IS BUILT TO DO, I ADD MORE! I AVOID ADDING ANYMORE THAN TWO CUPS.

  7. AFTER BLENDING I THROW ALL THE GOODS INTO A CUP OR BOWL AND TOP WITH A DOLLOP OF ALMOND BUTTER, A COCONUT BALL OR TWO AND SOME COCONUT FLAKES. I ALSO LIKE TO THROW FRESH FRUIT ON TOP WHEN I'M FEELING REALLY JAZZED ABOUT MY SMOOTHIE BOWL
