TWO PIECES OF WHOLE GRAIN TOAST

SOME OLIVE OIL

TWO EGGs

SEASONING OF YOUR CHOICE

A FEW SLICES OF TOMATO 

GO-TO AVO TOAST PARTY OF ONE

OKAY NOW WHAT:

  1. THrOW TOAST IN THE TOASTER

  2. PLOP TWO CRACKED EGGS ON A SKILLET TRY YOUR BEST TO KEEP THE EGGS SEPARATED FROM EACH OTHER BY USING A PLASTIC SPOON

  3. WHILE THE EGGS ARE COOKING, CUT AN AVOCADO IN HALF AND START DIGGIN OUT THE GOODS WITH A KNIFE

  4. ALSO USE THIS TIME TO SLICE THAT TOMATO. I USUALLY SLICE 2-3 THIN SLICES FOR EACH PIECE O BREAD

  5. ONCE THE TOAST IS DONE, DRIZZLE A BIT OF OLIVE OIL ON EACH PIECE OF BREAD. (I CLAIM THIS MOVE IS IMPORTANT FOR SPREADING the AVO BUT THERE IS NO SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH TO BACK THIS THEORY UP)

  6. SPREAD THAT AVO 

  7. PLOP HOT N READY EGGS ON EACH PIECE OF TOAST

  8. TOP WITH SEASONING OF YOUR CHOICE, I USE: SALT, PEPPER, CAYENNE PEPPER, AND SOMETIMES GARLIC POWER---DEPENDING ON HOW IM FEELING

  9. SPRINKLE THAT FETA CHEESE
