SEASONING OF YOUR CHOICE

 

BASIL BRUSSEL SPROUT BANG BANG

OKAY NOW WHAT:

  1. TURN YOUR OVEN ON FULL BLAST...I USUALLY HAVE THE TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 350-400 #YOLO

  2. PEEL AND CUT UP THAT YUMMY ASS SWEET POTATO HOWEVER YOUR LITTLE HEART MAY DESIRE

  3. CHOP UP THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS IN HALF, UNLESS THEY'RE BIG GUYS THEN DEF CUT MORE THAN ONCE !!

  4. SPRINKLE BRUSSEL SPROUTS AND SWEET POTATOS ONTO A PAN 

  5. DRIZZEL SOME EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND WHATEVER SPICES YOU CHOOSE 

  6. MY GO TO SEASONS INCLUDE: SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, CAYENNE PEPPER

  7. THROW THOSE GOODIES IN THE OVEN UNTIL YOU START TO SEE THEM GET A BIT CRISPY DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN, THIS COULD BE UP TO 20 MINUTES

  8. NOW CUT UP YOUR KALE AND POP OPEN YOUR CHICKPEAS AND THROW THEM INTO A SAUCER PAN AT MID-HOT ~HEAT~ 

  9. MIX AROUND UNTIL KALE GETS NICE N COOKED... A MORE SMOOTH TEXTURE I GUESS?????

  10. ONCE EVERYTHING IS COOKED, THROW EVERYTHING INTO A BOWL OR ON A PLATE AND ADD A SPOONFUL OF PESTO 

  11. CUT UP A LEMON AND SQUEEZE A "GOOD AMOUNT" ONTO ALL INGREDIENTS
